Olivier Breittmayer, President & Founder
Olivier Breittmayer founded
the ITGS Group and is behind the Group's strategy. His
role is to ensure international development, to cultivate
synergy between countries and focus areas as well as
to supervise the Group's business units. Mr. Breittmayer
has more than 15 years of experience in new technologies.
For the past 4 years he served as President of the French
and Italian branches Allasso (Newlink), Europe's leading
distributor of IT security products and services. Mr.
Breittmayer led an annual sales increase from 8 to 45
million Euros during his time at Allasso. Prior to this,
he directed the company Cirel, which was sold to Bintec,
a German router manufacturer. Mr. Breittmayer holds a
B.A. in Management from l'Ecole Supérieure de Gestion
and in Economics from the University of Paris X.
Greg Atkins, Director, ITGS UK
Greg Atkins manages the UK subsidiary of the ITGS Group and is in charge of the Group's development in Northern Europe. He has more than 17 years experience in new technologies. Over the last two years Mr. Atkins served as European VP of Allasso, a leading European distributor in IT security, where he managed 6 European subsidiaries that
totaled 160 million Euros in sales by the time he left the company. Prior to this, he created the German subsidiary of Integralis, one of the leading systems integrators in Network security. Mr. Atkins holds a B.A. with honors in Business from Nottingham University in the UK.
Stéphane Pitavy, General Manager
Business Development, France & Founder
Stéphane Pitavy
founded the company as IBD (ITGS Business Development) in 2001. In 2002, when
ITGS was formed, Mr. Pitavy joined the company full time. Mr. Pitavy has over
12 years experience in the high technology sector. He directed the South European
operations for Stonesoft, a Finnish security-related software vendor. Prior to
this, Mr. Pitavy started and managed the French, Italian and Spanish subsidiaries
of Visio, a graphics software vendor later acquired by Microsoft. He was instrumental
in increasing the sales for Visio in his region from 0 to 9 million Euros within
2 years. Mr. Pitavy holds a B.A. from of the Weller Business School in Paris,
and a Certificate of Management and Business from the California Institute of
International Business.
François Vigna, General Manager,
ITGS Italy
François Vigna
founded and directs the Italian subsidiary of ITGS. He has more than 15 years
experience in the technology sector. Over the years, Mr. Vigna has created and
developed a number of subsidiaries, particularly in southern Europe (Spain, Italy,
Portugal) and in the Middle-East (U.A.E, Saudi Arabia, Israel). Prior to joining
ITGS, Mr. Vigna was the General Manager for Southern Europe, Middle East and
Mediterranean
countries at Attachmate, a software vendor specialized in connectivity, web
services and e-business. During his time at Attachmate, he increased revenue
by 35% each year in his region. Mr. Vigna is a graduate of the French National
Institute of Communication.
Barry H. Horn, Founder and Member of the Board of Directors
Barry Horn is a
co-founder of IT Global Services Group and serves on the company
board and brings over 20 years of experience managing and leading
software companies. He currently holds the position of Director,
President and CEO of Liberty Financial Group, Inc. and is the
Director and CEO of B & C Lending, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Liberty.
In 1998, Mr.
Horn founded International Ventures and he and his Paris based
partner purchased a security software company and executed the
strategic and tactical operational growth plans that developed the
company into a major European distributor with offices in several
countries. International Ventures was sold to a German public
company in 2001. In 1990, Mr. Horn became Executive Vice-President,
Office of the President, at Attachmate Corporation,
a leading
supplier of enterprise information access and management software
and services to major corporations and government agencies worldwide.
With the remarkable ability to promote and secure successful
business environments, Mr. Horn built Attachmate from a privately
owned software company based in Seattle into a worldwide
organization with sales of $400 Million. A large percentage of his
time was devoted to building a worldwide business model capable of
achieving maximum efficiency and profit objectives through the
efforts of a strong management team. Prior to this, Mr. Horn held
the positions of Vice-President, responsible for worldwide sales, at
Wall Data, a public software company specializing in middleware, and
of CEO of Saltmine, a global web development company with revenues
of $75 million. His planning, strategic goal setting and overview of
financial management skills were further fostered by participation
on a number of Boards.
Mr. Horn began
his career at IBM where he worked for 15 years in various capacities
including Director of PC Marketing, Regional Manager, Branch
Manager, Director of Strategic Planning and Assistant to the
Chairman of Board. He graduated from Taylor University and is active
in many organizations such as TEC and is an active investor in many
companies located in USA and Europe. Living a balanced life of hard
work and maintaining strong relationships, Mr. Horn continues to
demonstrate the remarkable capacity to formulate and execute major
policies, programs and objectives to promote and ensure continuing
success and growth.
